What we are looking for:
We are looking for our next to join our Global Marketingmunication team based in our EMEA-headquarter in Henley-on-Thames ! In this role, you'll execute thepliance review of Global and EMEA distributedmunications to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements as well as Invesco goals and standards. You'll provide support and advice to the business on sound business practice and regulatory rules and principles specifically on Marketing and Financial Promotions.
Among your responsibilities could be:
9. Review and approve global financial promotions, ensuringpliance for EMEA and international distribution.
10. Advise business partners and management onpliance matters, providing clear guidance and support.
11. Develop, update, and implement marketingpliance policies and procedures in collaboration with thepliance Manager.
12. Collaborate with the Global & EMEAmunicationspliance team to enhance and streamlinepliance processes and activities.
13. Contribute to strategicpliance projects, including global risk-based reviews and regulatory initiatives.
You'll need to have:
14. Experience with financial promotions: Skilled in reviewing and/or creating financial marketing materials, with a strong understanding ofpliance requirements.
15. Knowledge of financial products and services: Confident navigating a range of financial offerings and industry standards.
16. Organized and solutions-oriented: Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and focused on practical problem-solving.
17. Strongmunicator and team player: Excellent written and verbalmunication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with others.
18. Adaptable and independent: Open-minded, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
19. Tech-savvy and detail-oriented:fortable with PC applications and attentive to detail in all aspects of your work.
