The Role: Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team across the Birmingham region and wider UK market.
This is a key leadership role within a dynamic, technology-led organisation. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and mentoring sales professionals, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, improving performance, and ensuring consistent delivery against ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Manager
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets
Drive new business acquisition and support the expansion of existing accounts
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Collaborate with technical, marketing, and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions
Monitor pipeline activity, forecasting, and performance metrics
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Ensure best practice sales processes and CRM utilisation across the teamAbout You: Sales Manager
You are a results-driven sales leader with a passion for technology and a proven track record of delivering growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy developing people as much as closing deals.
Ideally, you will have:
Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Account Management role within telecoms, IT, or UCaaS
Strong leadership and team development skills
A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to sales execution
Experience with Microsoft Teams-based solutions or similar technologies (desirable)What’s on Offer: Sales Manager
