About the RoleJoin a leading public sector service provider at HMP Liverpool, supporting the facilities' management team on-site. As an Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls and direct messages to relevant departments
* Maintain accurate records and complete essential paperwork
* Schedule and coordinate meetings
* Use various software systems to manage data and documentation
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
* Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and service standards
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar admin role
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
