About the Practice
Our team is made up of GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, dispensary staff, and administrative colleagues who work closely together to provide the best possible care for our patients. What makes our practice different is the emphasis we place on teamwork, support, and professional development. Clinical staff participate in regular group clinical supervision sessions, protected learning time, and daily team huddles. We actively encourage staff to contribute ideas and help shape how services are delivered and are always happy to look at different innovative approaches to care. We are fortunate to have a loyal and supportive patient population and consistently receive excellent patient feedback. We are proud of the relationships we have built with our patients and the positive working environment we have created for our staff.
We are a rapidly growing organisation with a mission to ensure that all patients have access to comprehensive, coordinated and continuous care within a sustainable primary care system. We want to improve patient access, patient experience and health outcomes to significantly increase the quality of care for our patients. The Much Birch GMS contract was novated to Taurus Healthcare in February 2024, but the practice team remains unchanged as does the identity of the surgery in the local community.
