Trainee Business Development Executive

We specialise in securing funding for research & innovation projects across the UK and Europe – and you could play a key role in helping us connect with exciting businesses and organisations.
What you'll be doing:
• Building relationships with decision-makers across industries
• Generate quality sales appointments (not just volume)
• Researching prospective clients and identifying opportunities
• Supporting the sales process through calls, emails, and database updates
What we're looking for:
• A confident communicator with a professional, engaging telephone manner
• Organised, motivated, and able to prioritise effectively
• Target-driven with resilience and a positive, "can-do" attitude
• Experience in telesales/telemarketing is a plus, but we value potential just as much
