A leading international oil & gas company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to manage the financial lifecycle of its non-operated and legacy assets. This role will support joint venture exits, entity wind-downs, and financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the financial closeout of multiple Joint Ventures across Africa and South America.
* Manage branch and company deregistration, including associated tax filings.
* Oversee all financial reporting (management and statutory) for legacy entities.
* Deliver budgeting and forecasting for decommissioning and exploration projects.
* Act as key liaison with external auditors and JV partners.
* Manage outsourced finance operations (via BPO provider).
* Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) with a strong technical accounting background.
* Proven experience in JV and PSC accounting, ideally within oil & gas.
* Comfortable working on complex entity structures and multi-jurisdictional reporting.
* SAP experience (JV modules) and ERP/reporting tools knowledge.
* Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.
* Hands-on, detail-focused, and able to drive project deliverables autonomously.
