Our Customer Service Team plays a vital role as the final point of contact before our customers jet off, ensuring every traveller feels supported and excited for their holiday. We’re looking for a confident, personable Customer Service Advisor to join our Award-Winning Team. Think you’ve got what it takes? What you’ll be doing Serve as the first point of contact within the Customer Service team for all customer queries, both pre-travel and in-resort. Liaise with customers regarding amendments to their holiday bookings and handle any additional requirements, upselling where appropriate and going the extra mile to enhance their experience. Support customers throughout the online booking journey by assisting with operator-confirmed bookings, resolving issues such as pricing discrepancies or unavailable dates, and guiding them through next steps to ensure a smooth, stress-free process. Ensure all communications comply with Data Protection regulations and all payments are PCI compliant. Accurately book flights, hotels, transfers and extras, ensuring all documents and correspondence fully reflect any changes or added requirements. What we’re looking for We’d love to hear from you if you bring: Patience and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Strong communication skills, with clear verbal and excellent written communication. Confidence in problem-solving and handling challenges effectively. A friendly, empathetic, and passionate approach to customer service. Ability to manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Hours: 37.5 per week, part time hours available, Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays). 30 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays - entitlement will increase with length of service.
