Join to apply for the Service Manager role at Vertu Motors plc at Vertu SEAT and CUPRA Carlisle. We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join one of the largest Motor Retailers in the UK.
Salary: up to £42,000 basic, with an OTE of £48,000. Excellent range of company benefits. There is no weekend working for this role.
Responsibilities
* To take responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturer national average.
* To monitor and control costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and customer service.
* To ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
* To ensure that the manufacturers standards are adhered to at all times.
* To make sure there is a safe working environment which is maintained.
* To monitor colleague performance.
Qualifications
* The ideal candidate will have a successful track record within the role and experience in a similar position.
* You will be able to demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
* You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus, to lead your team to deliver business objectives.
* You will be expected to drive the business forward, maximise customer satisfaction, and motivate and manage the whole team.
* You should demonstrate alignment with the company values, and possess strong communication and organisational skills.
