We are looking to recruit an experienced & ambitious Chef de Partie for this stunning country Inn, offering rosette standard dining, giving a creative CDP the opportunity to really put their mark on this stunning venue.
Our clients are a regional gatsro pub, hotel & restaurant group, with a big ethos on food quality, sustainability & local produce, with a fantastic support structure in place, this really is the ideal environment for a career minded chef to flourish.
The position offers a fantastic salary based on a 5 day week over 7 giving the right chef the opportunity to work with the finest local produce, and a support structure that means you are never left to struggle with staffing shortages, or missing equipment, and the chance to work within a company that is always building on the fantastic reputation for high quality food and service, which will be a highlight on any CV.
The Ideal Chef de Partie will be able to demonstrate:
* Experience working in a Fresh food led kitchen environment, be it in a restaurant, hotel or even Gastro pub.
* Understanding of Kitchen due diligence, from H&S to haccp,
* Understanding of seasonal produce, and utilising ingredients in a creative way for the award winning menu
* The skills, knowledge & desire to push themselves for perfection every day.
* A keen eye for detail, and a passion for your craft
* Experience working in a fast-paced fresh food led kitchen
* Experience working to high standards, and being always in tune with the team
