We're looking for
a driven SEO Manager to shape and deliver Thomas Cook's global SEO/AIO (GEO) strategy
. In this role, you'll be at the heart of accelerating growth by boosting rankings, revenue, and brand visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging LLM platforms. From building roadmaps and leading technical audits to crafting international strategies and content-driven campaigns, you'll play a key role in making SEO a powerful growth engine for our business.
Challenges
* Creation of the SEO roadmap and strategy to deliver a significant uplift in key search terms rankings, and revenue from organic traffic and brand visibility on LLMs.
* Undertake technical and content audits to identify issues and optimisation opportunities. Directly fix, or manage through a virtual SEO team (development, UX, content) to ensure resolution of issues.
* Development and implementation of link-building campaigns that support the SEO strategy, working with our content team to produce the required content.
* Responsible for the definition of a content roadmap from an SEO point of view - producing advice on key word research, internal link building, Metadata.
* Reporting on effectiveness (Traffic, revenue, brand visibility) of SEO / GEO and identification of problem areas that may affect search engine rankings and LLMs visibility.
* Support and oversee internal teams to make sure SEO best practices are followed.
What You'll Need
* Significant experience in SEO management, either in an agency or in house.
* Ability to create GEO strategies (hreflang implementation, multilingual site structures) to optimise international search visibility.
* Expert knowledge of SEO tools including Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
* Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals to support effective technical SEO execution.
* Demonstrable success in SEO planning and understanding of SEO best practice.
* Strong analytical skills for measuring, interpreting, and making decisions based on large volumes of performance data.
* A proven track record of implementing website changes that deliver increased search visibility. Strong communication skills and ability to work with a variety of different teams.
* Extensive hands-on experience in Technical SEO.
