Project Quantity Surveyor Liverpool City Centre - Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction company working on a multi‑storey residential/commercial development in Liverpool City Centre. You will play a key role in managing project costs from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on budget and in line with client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for the project. Monitor and control project costs throughout all stages of construction. Manage procurement, tendering, and subcontractor negotiations. Conduct regular site visits to review progress and validate cost reporting. Prepare monthly reports for senior management and clients. Support the project team in risk management and cost planning decisions. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on multi‑storey construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction cost management, contracts, and procurement. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office.
