Join to apply for the Service Advisor - Porsche role at JCT600 Ltd. Based at our Porsche dealership in Leeds, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer experience. You will ensure you are fully prepared for our customers' visits and that every aspect of their visit is catered for in a positive and professional manner. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and friendly individual who is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
* Qualify and understand customer requirements and advise customers of predicted completion times and collection arrangements.
* Progress vehicle repairs through the workshop, communicating with workshop control to ensure agreed completion times are met.
* Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person, and convert these into firm bookings.
* Communicate progress of repairs and servicing to customers in person, by telephone, text or email.
* Professionally sell products, services and repair work as appropriate to customers’ needs while achieving all objectives.
* Invoice completed work and take payments where required.
* Work as part of a team to achieve departmental objectives and KPIs.
* Use dealer and manufacturer systems to capture data and maintain accurate data records.
Qualifications
* A proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Customer-centric approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong IT skills; experience using databases desirable.
* Ability to work to targets, deadlines and under pressure.
* Ability to quickly build strong relationships.
* A true team player.
* A driving licence free from excessive penalties.
