Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Lead Business Administrator. The role is on a permanent basis, based UK Wide. Hybrid working will be supported.
Lead configuration, governance, and optimisation of ProjectWise environments
Provide technical oversight of workflows, standards, and information management across multiple projects
Implement sector-specific information management requirements and ensure ISO 19650 compliance
Support project delivery teams with system integration, data exchange, and BAU operations
Drive process improvements and enhance digital workflows within project and IM teams
Deliver training and guidance to build information management capability
Act as a key stakeholder interface in meetings, workshops, and project coordination
Maintain clear documentation, guidance, and structured configuration records
Enable efficient, high-quality delivery through effective use of digital and information management toolsWhy We're Different:
