One of the UK's leading wealth management firms are looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in Cardiff on a hybrid basis As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will be working closely with advisers and clients to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. Day to day duties will include; gathering data from clients producing review packs processing new business applications dealing with letters of authority updating client files liaising with a variety of different providers. Those applying for the role must have prior experience providing administrative support to advisers within a wealth management organisation as well as having demonstrable pensions and investment product knowledge. A knowledge of Intelligent Office is desirable. In return you will have the ability to move into a Paraplanner or Advisory role – with full training and exam support – should the individual choose to develop their career in that direction.
