Answertree is looking for a talented individual to help in our next stage of growth. The role is wide ranging and will include understanding customer needs, working closely with our Director of CS and Product team on product feedback, and supporting customers through implementation and beyond. The person stepping into this role should have strong commercial aptitude as well as being customer focussed. Experience in bid management could be beneficial, but is not mandatory. We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, and with a background in partnering with customers to achieve success.


The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced exciting growth environment, have the acumen to pick up new tasks and responsibilities quickly, be excited by new technology and have excellent interpersonal skills in this customer-facing role. They should have the ambition to grow their role as the company continues its rapid growth.


About You


You’ll be hard working and ambitious, and a ‘can do’ attitude


A self starter, with an appetite and agility to learn quickly


You’ll have previous customer facing experience from Customer Success, Implementation Management, or Account Management within a SaaS environment


Alternatively, you may have strong experience in working as a bid manager within industry and be keen to try something new in your career


You’ll have high experience in building both internal and customer facing relationships


Excellent ability to build strategic success plans with customers, and work with them to achieve satisfaction


Preferably, you’ll have experience in managing both SME and Enterprise sized customers, and experience of working within an early stage SaaS start up environment


Key Responsibilities


Managing customer onboarding & implementation processes, leading customers to go live


Managing our customer support design


Handling day to day customer queries


Tracking and relaying customer feedback to our product team


Managing risk, EBR, and renewal processes with customers, and taking ownership of customer retention


Identifying and tracking expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts


Running proof of concepts for prospective customers, guiding them through the Answertree platform
