Role Description
This is a full-time role for an M&E Administration Manager. The M&E Administration Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations related to mechanical and electrical (M&E) services. Key responsibilities include supervising administrative managers, managing documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating schedules, and maintaining efficient records management. The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure administrative processes align with operational goals and support various client needs effectively.

* Strong administrative and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Knowledge and experience in managing M&E services, with familiarity in compliance and regulatory standards.
* Proficiency with office software, including spreadsheets, word processing, and scheduling tools.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and guide a team, and effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage documentation, schedules, and processes accurately.
* Experience in facilities management or a related field is desirable.
* Relevant professional certifications or a degree in administration, business management, or a related field are advantageous.
