Sales Consultant – 3 day weekend, every other week - Basingstoke
£30,000 - £35,000 basic salary with earnings up to £60,000+ inc. bonus

Responsibilities
* The role is outbound, B2C sales from internet generated customer enquiries, selling life insurance and other protection products.
* Helping customers understand the importance of life insurance and highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
* Performing fact finds, providing quotes and arranging life insurance policies for customers over the phone, in line with our sales process.
* Embrace and demonstrate our core values, such as integrity, resilience, and a growth mindset.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience
* It is essential that you are a good communicator, passionate about sales and experience of working to and achieving targets.
* Having a successful career in outbound sales and demonstrating consistent achievement of targets.
* Self-motivated.
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to work individually within a team.
