You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver a global marketing communications plan that supports business growth. Key responsibilities include: Content Creation: Write engaging branded content in line with our tone of voice for print and digital channels, including website, email, social media, and brochures. Manage the print process and liaise with agencies. Digital & Web: Maintain and update website content via WordPress, ensuring pages are optimised and aligned with SEO best practices. Monitor performance across digital channels and support paid advertising campaigns. PR & Events: Lead PR activities and contribute ideas to customer and industry events. Represent the company at external events and work collaboratively on internal initiatives. Agency Coordination: Act as the main contact for agencies, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. Internal Communications: Support the planning and execution of internal PR efforts to engage and inform staff across the business. We're looking for: A strong interest or experience in Construction, Architecture, or working in the built environment. A natural storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong team player with the ability to build positive relationships and with a high attention to detail. Ideally, you will come with either a degree in marketing, journalism, or a creative field, or have an impressive portfolio of previous work. Experience using WordPress, Campaign Monitor, and Microsoft Office, as well as an understanding of SEO principles and confidence working across digital platforms. Due to the location of the company office, this role is commutable from Watford, Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Marlow, Slough, Maidenhead, Chesham, Uxbridge, Aylesbury, Reading and Taplow. This is a hybrid role that will allow for 2 days working from home.
