This position ideally suits an early years recruiter / resource who love recruitment but not necessarily the agency bit. The Role This is a key recruitment-focused role, supporting the business in attracting and securing top talent. Working closely with hiring managers, you will act as an internal recruiter, helping to define role requirements, source candidates, and manage the end-to-end hiring process to ensure a smooth and effective experience for both candidates and stakeholders. While recruitment is the primary focus, the role also includes maintaining accurate training records and coordinating with training providers and delegates to support the successful delivery of learning initiatives. Youll be working cross site, including some abroad. There may be a bit of travel required now and then, however youll be predominantly desk based. The Candidate We want you to know how to source direct candidates, put together compelling adverts and know your way around CV databases and LnkdIn. You dont need to be a strategic talent acquisitor, more so a brilliant Resourcer. Youll also need to be well organised and IT savvy, able to work with MS Office and Applicant Tracking.
