Teaching Assistant – KS3 and KS4

The Role as aTeaching Assistant:
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 within the classroom.
* Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support.
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
* Supporting students with additional learning needs, including SEMH and SEND.
* Encouraging student engagement, confidence, and independence.
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will Have:
* Previous experience working with young people or within an educational setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach.
* Experience supporting students with additional needs is desirable.
* A genuine passion for education and supporting student development.
