Wonderseekers (the Charity behind Winchester Science Centre) is seeking an experienced and people-focused Visitor Operations Manager to lead the delivery of an exceptional, welcoming and commercially sustainable visitor experience at Winchester Science Centre. This key leadership role oversees day-to-day operations across public days, schools, events and evening programmes, combining hands-on duty management with responsibility for visitor experience standards, ticketing systems, data insight and team performance. Managing and developing a large, rota-based team, you’ll work closely with colleagues across retail, food and beverage, marketing and estates to ensure every visitor journey is seamless, inclusive and inspiring.
