Workforce Coordinator
Location: The Quad, Block 2, Rowland Hill House, Chesterfield, S40 2GQ
Working Patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Permanent Contract
Salary - DHU Band 3.0, £24,071 per annum (pro rata)

As a Workforce Coordinator, you keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes - making sure rotas are accurate, shifts are covered, and the right people are in the right place when it counts most.
You'll bring confident IT skills, excellent organisation, accuracy, and a calm, proactive approach. From maintaining centralised rota systems to communicating clearly with clinical teams, you'll be the steady link that keeps our services flowing. Healthcare or rota-management experience is a bonus, but your commitment to quality and teamwork matters most.
