You will be delivering PRIDE—our company values—with your dedication to seasonal support and passion for providing our customers with excellent service. You may assist with additional duties across the store and in the stockroom. What You'll Be Doing
* Provide excellent customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity.
* Identify customer needs and answer product-related questions, including price, features and benefits.
* Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators.
* Take opportunities to capture customer data to expand the database and encourage customer loyalty.
