Job Title
Financial Planning & Analysis Accountant – Permanent, based in Preston, on-site 2 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Support major development and investment decisions across the business, collaborating with senior finance leaders and stakeholders.
* Provide clear, insightful financial analysis from early appraisal through to project delivery, including modelling and assessment of financial impact.
* Analyse performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and influence decision‑making, cash‑flow planning and long‑term outcomes.
* Prepare and maintain financial models and reports.
Qualifications
* Finance qualification (Part Qualified or Qualified CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
* Strong Excel skills; ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
* Track record working with large data sets.
* Experience working within a matrix management structure.
* Relevant experience with housebuilding or development is highly desired.
* Basic DBS check mandatory for safe working environment.
