Children's Support Worker
Experience: At least 1 year supporting Children and Young People.
Position Details: Full-time role including full-day sleep shifts, approximately 10 shifts per month.
Qualifications: Level 3 in Children and Young People or Health and Social Care – or equivalent or higher – would be a significant advantage.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a Children’s Support Worker for their high-quality accommodations in Chorley. Responsibilities:
* Assist the Home Manager & Service Manager to operate the home effectively, supporting young people's development and resolving issues.
* Provide a caring, therapeutic environment for young people with challenging behavior and learning disabilities.
* Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills.
* Maintain effective administrative and record-keeping systems.
* Coordinate childcare planning for children within the home.
* Ensure the environment is safe, healthy, and homely.
* Liaise with external agencies, educational institutions, and local authorities.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the home.
Requirements:
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel to other homes as needed.
* Experience working with challenging young people (minimum 12 months).
* Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People if not already qualified.
Salary: From £25,000 to £30,000+ per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
