Key Responsibilities
* Assist with investigations into quality issues and support structured problem solving.
* Help collect and organise data for 8D reports, Control Plans, FMEAs, and PPAP activities.
* Support internal audits and learn how to work within IATF 16949 quality requirements.
* Work with production teams to ensure processes are followed consistently.
* Help manage customer concerns, ensuring accurate information is captured and escalated.
