We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across designated business areas. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, this role will play a key part in shaping Sisk’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract, select and retain exceptional people who will help deliver our ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to deliver a high-quality, inclusive and efficient recruitment service. Recruitment Delivery and Stakeholder Management Manage full lifecycle recruitment across a range of functions and levels, ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies Partner with HR Business Partners to align recruitment with workforce planning, talent development and succession objectives Manage job briefs, advertising, sourcing, selection, offer and onboarding processes through the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System Provide expert advice and support to hiring managers on market trends, selection best practice and equitable hiring decisions Deliver high-quality candidate experiences that reflect Sisk’s culture and values Sourcing and Talent Pipelines Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-performing talent across the UK, Ireland and Europe Build and maintain strong talent pools for critical and recurring roles Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referral networks to identify active and passive candidates Work closely with the Early Careers and HR teams to ensure alignment between early talent pipelines and experienced hires Engage with recruitment marketing to promote Sisk as an employer of choice Process, Data and Compliance Ensure all recruitment activity complies with company policies, the EU Pay Transparency Directive and equality legislation Manage recruitment data integrity, reporting and analytics to monitor time-to-hire, source effectiveness and diversity outcomes Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience and hiring quality Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to improve recruitment operations Contribute to recruitment audits, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Team Collaboration and Continuous Improvement Contribute to the development and delivery of recruitment best practices across the group Support the Head of Recruitment in training hiring managers and recruiters on policy, systems and inclusive hiring practices Participate in cross-functional HR projects, including employer branding, internal mobility and workforce planning Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour market trends, salary benchmarking and regulatory changes impacting recruitment Significant experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a large, multi-site or project-based organisation Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver to tight deadlines Strong understanding of direct sourcing, talent mapping and candidate engagement techniques Experience using applicant tracking systems, ideally iCIMS, and recruitment analytics Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail Sound knowledge of employment law, equality legislation and best practice recruitment standards Understanding of construction, engineering or related industries advantageous Degree in business, human resources or related discipline essential CIPD qualification or equivalent professional accreditation desirable Evidence of continued professional development essential Competitive salary 26 days annual leave plus additional company days Pension and benefits Unlimited learning and development opportunities Much more Our People and Recruitment Commitment At Sisk Group our people are at the heart of our success.
