As a Logistics Maintenance Hygiene Operative, you’ll be a key player in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of our logistics areas. You’ll help ensure our facilities are spotless, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards – assisting the movement of our award-winning products from our farms to families across the UK. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to build a long-term career, we’ll support you with training, development, and the chance to move into new roles as you grow with us This role is base working Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities: Carry out scheduled cleaning and hygiene tasks across our logistics and warehouse facilities Perform minor maintenance and upkeep duties to support the smooth operation of logistics equipment Follow site hygiene and safety protocols to maintain compliance with industry standards Work collaboratively with the logistics and maintenance teams to ensure a clean and efficient working environment Monitor and replenish hygiene materials and report any issues or maintenance needs Sounds interesting, what do I need? A positive, proactive attitude and pride in maintaining high standards Previous experience in hygiene or facilities maintenance (ideally in a food production or logistics environment) Good understanding of health & safety and hygiene regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts if required Why should I join the family?
