The Role: As an Experienced Laser Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating laser machines to produce precision-engineered components to exact specifications. This role requires someone who can work confidently with minimal supervision, maintain high quality standards, work as part of a team, and contribute to production efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Set up, programme, and operate laser machines independently Adjust settings for different materials and thicknesses Read and interpret technical drawings and job sheets accurately Carry out in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet tolerances Optimise machine performance to improve efficiency and reduce waste Maintain equipment and ensure a safe working environment Essential Requirements: Proven experience operating laser machines Experience working with aluminium Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings confidently High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Strong organisational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team If you are an experienced Laser Operator looking for a secure, long-term role with progression and competitive pay, we encourage you to apply.
