This role is full time with 3 days in person based in SW19 2JD at our ministry of Biscuits. It requires the correct right to work in the UK.

As well as our eCommerce business, we have a Notting Hill biscuit boutique, where we offer ‘School of Icing’ events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee…or even a glass of Prosecco. We also work with a huge range of wholesale and corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion.

Reporting to the Head of Channel Expansion, the Wholesale Account Manager will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Biscuiteers’ wholesale growth strategy contributing on key accounts as well as managing a broader portfolio of wholesale partners, ensuring strong commercial performance, excellent relationships, and smooth day-to-day execution across the channel.
What you’ll do…
Wholesale Account Management
* Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of wholesale accounts across retail, gifting, cultural spaces, hotels, and regional partners.
* Support Head of Channel Expansion on strategic accounts, including preparation, analysis, and follow-up.
* Drive sales performance, distribution, and rate of sale across accounts.
* Identify and onboard new wholesale partners aligned with brand growth objectives.
* Build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.
Sales Planning & Reporting
* Execute wholesale sales strategy and identify new volume/distribution opportunities.
* Contribute to UK and regional expansion through targeted account development.
* Produce weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with NPD on bespoke designs and client-specific projects to meet commercial targets.
* Liaise with Production, NPD, and Finance to ensure smooth delivery and resolve operational issues.
* Participate in monthly and quarterly cross-functional reviews.
Marketing & Trade Events
* Present and promote new products to wholesale partners.
* Support marketing activations and trade initiatives within wholesale channels.
* Collaborate with Marketing on social content, collateral, and events.
* Provide account information to Marketing for opportunity identification.
* Project manage wholesale trade events (e.g., Top Drawer) from planning to post-event follow-up.
Relationship & Channel Development
* Work with buyers to drive distribution, visibility, and rate of sale.
* Support merchandising in-store and online.
* Conduct regular account meetings and quarterly partner visits.
* Represent the brand at networking events and trade shows.
What you’ll bring…
* A minimum of 1 years experience in a Wholesale or Account Management role, with a proven track record of account growth.
* Strong commercial and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
* Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Production or NPD teams.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work at pace and under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
* A proactive, flexible approach and a natural problem solver.
* Enthusiasm for the Biscuiteers brand and the wholesale channel.
