As an Account Manager, you’llplay a key role in our continued growth and success.You’llfocus on developing trusted, long-term relationships with existing customers to enhance their ITpositionallowing them to focus on achieving their business goals. What you’ll be responsible for:
* Taking full accountabilityfor developing andmaintainingcustomer relationships, understandingtheir current and future business objectives
* Identifyingand owningsales opportunities within your accounts, ensuring long-term customer success and satisfaction
* Championing customer success through a commitment to ensure our services continue to deliver real, measurable value
* Sharing relevant technology insights to help customers stay informed and future focused
* Proactively introducing new products and services that align with customersgoals and priorities
* Contributing to consistently strong customer Net Promoter Scores by delivering a reliable, professional service experience in every customer interaction
