Project quantity surveyor

Overview

A freelance project quantity surveyor is required for immediate start to work on a key project based in central Leeds.

The role will be within a Tier 1 type contracting environment, reporting to a senior for an initial period of 4 months, with potential for longer term based on performance.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record at a Project QS level with ability to work independently.
• Background in large newbuild projects, including civil works.
• Versatility in commercial activities as required by the project.
• Comfortable handling sub‑contractor procurement.
• Immediate availability for a quick start.
