This is a senior, hands-on role where youll have full technical ownership of paid media performance across Google Ads and other key platforms, with real influence over strategy, testing, and commercial outcomes.
About You:
1. Extensive hands-on experience in paid media within performance-led environments
2. Proven experience owning paid search performance end to end in a commercial setting
3. Strong technical expertise across Google Ads
4. Demonstrable ability to manage and optimise large budgets while balancing commercial risk
5. A structured, data-led approach to testing, efficiency improvement, and ROI optimisation
