Job Description
The purpose of the role is to drive a profitable and sustainable sales pipeline within the 'Healthcare' sector whilst ensuring that the business brand and reputation are both protected and enhanced.
As a Head Of Marketing, You'll Need To
* Create awareness of and develop the brand of NEC Software Solutions and healthcare propositions
* Communicate with target audiences, building and developing a clear understanding and recognition of our brand proposition
* Implement robust marketing programmes including advertising, direct marketing, digital, and media relations to drive customer acquisition and retention
* Work closely with in-house and external creative agencies to develop consistent marketing materials
* Write and proofread marketing copy that resonates with the Healthcare market sector
* Produce creative content
* Manage social media channels to generate impact
* Develop and manage a wide range of audience engagement activities such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions
* Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
* Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
And With Support, You'll Need To
* Develop and implement a brand marketing strategy for the Healthcare proposition
* Manage stakeholders' expectations
* Track marketing performance and return on investment, and prepare monthly reports for management
* Monitor and report on competitor activity
* Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials, and online activities
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in a Marketing role, preferably within Healthcare Tech or the NHS/HSE (Ireland)
* Experience in a B2B environment
* Automation experience in developing, executing, and measuring email marketing campaigns
* Ability to write compelling and relevant content for various channels including social media
* Strong communication skills externally and internally, able to dialogue at CX level
* Able to work with a variety of stakeholders and assimilate their views
* Collaborative, commercially aware, and cost-conscious
* Problem-solving and analytical skills
* Data-driven decision-making
* Flexible and self-motivated, able to work without supervision
* Line management experience
* Outcome and deadline-oriented
* Ability to work under pressure
