Are you an expert bid or proposals coach, looking for the next challenge to coach complex deals in a professional services environment? Are you exceptional at influencing teams at all levels and building relationships quickly, with the ability to constructively challenge senior stakeholders?
We are looking for a Pursuit Coach who is experienced at working with teams to develop and deliver winning pursuit strategies. You will lead by example, acting with the perspective of the client, shaping the win strategy and leading storyboarding sessions. You will focus on the proposal part of the sales cycle, as well as preparing the team in the lead up to this stage, working with the team and prospective clients to prepare for workshops and client interactions.
The role will sit in our Risk Sales and Marketing team, a team that supports priority "must win" opportunities across the sectors. These are complex high-profile, strategic opportunities often involving alliances, multiple lines of service and multi-stage procurements.
