Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Contract: Term-Time Only (Excellent work-life balance)
Daily Pay Rate: £180 - £250 per day (Dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / Immediate Start Available
What We Are Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
* Proven experience in a school environment, ideally working with students with complex needs or SEN.
* Exceptional behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire challenging learners.
* Strong commitment to providing an inclusive curriculum and individualized learning plans.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and support staff.
