Location: Leeds (1 Canal Place, 2nd Floor, LS12 2DU)
Salary: £27,500 – £29,500 (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

We’re hiring a Resourcing & Compliance Consultant to join our vibrant Leeds team. This is a people-focused role where you’ll support our recruitment consultants by finding, engaging, and coordinating top talent — and helping candidates land great opportunities in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with our consultants to manage the candidate journey from start to finish, alongside this, ensuring all branch admin and compliance is completed and adhered too.Sourcing & Screening
Find and engage candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, social media & referrals
Review CVs and carry out initial screenings/interviews
Manage candidate check-ins and keep relationships warmAdmin & Compliance
Ensure all documentation meets compliance (RTW checks, GDPR, TOB’s etc.)
Maintain accurate candidate records and systems
Support onboarding and HR documentation where neededCoordination & Support
Schedule interviews and liaise with clients and candidates
Gather and share feedback post-interview
Provide general support to consultants and the branch teamMarket Insight & Lead Support
Research industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity
Identify potential business leads and support consultants in lead generation
Share high-quality candidates with potential clientsWhat We’re Looking For
We’re open to a range of backgrounds — what matters most is attitude and adaptability:
Experience in customer service, administration and compliance.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident using systems and digital tools (ATS, CRM, Job boards)
Positive, proactive and organised
A full UK driving licence is preferred (for potential client/candidate visits) (Recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll teach you the rest)
