Accounts Assistant (Part-Time)
Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant looking for flexibility in your working hours to help balance your life outside of work?
Our client is seeking a detail oriented Accounts Assistant to join their small finance team on a part-time basis. This is a site based role located just outside Boston, offering flexible working hours.
Main Responsibilities
* Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and efficiently
* Creating and managing purchase orders
* Maintaining and updating the sales ledger
* Assisting with general accounts administration duties
* Ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date
* Supporting the wider team with day to day finance tasks
* Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Required
* Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar finance administration role
* Good understanding of invoicing, purchase orders and sales ledger processes
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
* Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications

Working Hours
Monday to Friday - flexible working hours.
