Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator with an interest in IT and digital services?
BPAS is seeking an IT Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our IT & Digital team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of financial processes, IT asset management, and service coordination across the organisation.
You will work closely with the Head of IT & Digital and wider team, supporting the management of IT spend, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating equipment and supplier processes to ensure services run efficiently.
This is a hybrid working role with visits to BPAS Head office once a week and when required for meetings and team days.
You will have experience working in an administrative role, ideally within an IT, finance or operational environment, with strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will be confident managing data, working with systems, and supporting processes that require accuracy and consistency.
You will be comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers and finance colleagues, and will have the ability to prioritise your workload effectively. A proactive approach, strong communication skills and a willingness to identify and suggest improvements will be key to success in this role.
