Job Title: Event Sales Manager – Luxury Estate
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus
We are seeking an Event Sales Manager to drive event revenue for a high-end venue in Oxfordshire. You’ll lead the sales process from enquiry to contract, delivering exceptional experiences across corporate events, private celebrations, and social gatherings.
About the Role
* Manage all event enquiries and maximise revenue opportunities
* Build strong client relationships and maintain accurate CRM records
* Conduct tours, proposals, and negotiate contracts
* Work with Operations and F&B teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Support marketing, pricing, and sales initiatives
* Represent the venue at meetings and networking events
About You
* Experience in event or hospitality sales
* Strong commercial mindset with a track record of hitting targets
* Confident communicator and relationship builder
* Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive
* Knowledge of luxury hospitality or event operations is beneficial
