Your new role
1. Tenant Support: Acting as tenants' first point of contact when they have maintenance issues.
2. Admin Support: Logging repairs on the system and providing effective admin support to the maintenance department.
3. Liaising with maintenance officers: Communicating information from tenants to maintenance officers.
4. Reports: Preparing monthly reports for the Compliance Officer, Senior Maintenance Officer, and Head of Development and Property Services.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous maintenance/repairs assistant experience within a housing association or local authority.
