Parts Team Leader – Gatwick
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
Salary: From £35,401 plus excellent benefits package
Responsibilities
* We have responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the Parts department, including leading and developing the team, improving processes, and ensuring customers receive a fantastic service.
* Monitor and enhance performance and processes.
* Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of parts to the correct customer and workshop.
* Build and develop relationships with new and existing parts customers.
* Actively manage stock checks with a view to improving workflow where possible.
* Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication.
