Forsyth Barnes are representing a national healthcare services organisation who are seeking a results-driven Transformation Manager to support the delivery of a high-impact business transformation agenda. This role will play a central part in shaping and tracking strategic initiatives across the organisation, with a particular focus on system, process, and commercial model change.
As a key member of the commercial transformation function, the Transformation Manager will lead selected strategic projects, manage PMO frameworks, and work closely with leadership across business functions to drive measurable performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transformation Programme Oversight: Lead the tracking and coordination of strategic transformation priorities, ensuring visibility of progress and ownership within operational teams. Maintain a structured PMO approach across systems, processes, and business model initiatives.
* Systems & ERP Transition: Act as a business-side lead for upcoming ERP system transformation, ensuring successful alignment between technology capabilities and business requirements.
* Project Governance & Delivery: Drive select high-value transformation projects from design through to implementation, working with senior leadership to ensure business integration and impact realisation.
* New Business Model Development: Collaborate with senior commercial teams to define, trial, and roll out new business models. Monitor performance post-implementation and provide ongoing recommendations.
* Change Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams and senior
* stakeholders to embed change and promote continuous improvement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
* Strategic Planning: Support annual strategic planning cycles, ensuring UK plans align with wider group strategy and transformation goals
Requirements
* Strong experience leading or supporting transformation programmes, ideally within commercial or operational contexts.
* Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and establish strong governance and performance tracking frameworks.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and business-side involvement in system transitions.
* Strong commercial awareness with an ability to assess and develop new business models.
* Highly analytical with experience in business case development and P&L-oriented delivery.
* Comfortable working across matrix organisations with strong communication and influencing skills.
* Background in healthcare, retail, logistics, or similarly complex operational environments would be advantageous.
