Are you ready to lead global cyber security strategy for a high-performing organization? We’re looking for a Group Head of Cyber Security to define and execute a world-class security program that protects critical assets, intellectual property, and client trust across all business units.
This is a senior leadership role with executive visibility, combining strategic vision with hands-on oversight of cyber operations, threat management, and innovation.
What you’ll do
* Lead an international team of cyber and technical security experts
* Own and evolve the global cyber security program
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating cyber risks into business terms
* Oversee SOC/NOC operations, incident response, and vulnerability management
* Drive cloud security initiatives (Azure, AWS), identity governance, and advanced data protection
* Embed secure-by-design principles into IT and DevOps practices
What we’re looking for
* 10+ years in IT/cyber security, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
* Expertise in cloud security, SIEM, IAM, Zero Trust, and PAM solutions
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2)
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
