Role Overview
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations across multiple subsidiary businesses. You will manage internal resources and third-party suppliers to meet service level agreements and deliver high-quality IT services. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the cyber security team to ensure all IT services are secure and compliant with policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supplier Management: Oversee third-party suppliers to ensure SLAs are met and services are of high quality.
2. Collaboration with Cyber Security: Work closely with the cyber security team to ensure security and compliance of IT services.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business units to understand their IT needs and align services with strategic goals.
4. Service Onboarding: Manage onboarding of IT services and processes into the corporate environment.
5. Process Standardisation: Develop and implement standard procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on IT service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
7. Incident Management: Oversee resolution of IT incidents to minimize business disruption.
Qualifications and Attributes
Essential:
* ITIL V4 Foundation or equivalent experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* Understanding of cybersecurity principles
* Proven experience in IT service delivery management, preferably in a multi-subsidiary environment
* Experience managing third-party suppliers and SLAs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with IT Service Management software, e.g., ServiceNow
