Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ACP / ANP to support a GP surgery in the Morecambe / Heysham area. This role involves delivering high-quality primary care services, managing a varied caseload, and working autonomously within a well-established practice team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct same-day acute clinics, minor illness appointments and chronic disease reviews within scope of practice.
2. Perform F2F and telephone clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and formulate management plans.
