About the Job
We are looking for a commercial, data driven, creative and forward-thinking individual to join our talented Marketing Team, working across multiple marketing platforms with a primary focus on paid advertising, email and push marketing. As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll be a key support system to our busy team and will be willing to get stuck into any opportunity that comes your way. Working across Lipsy, Love & Roses and Friends Like These, this is an exciting, fast-paced and varied role. No day will be the same.
Responsibilities
* Email Marketing: Support with weekly UK editorial email briefing and delivery.
* Paid Marketing: Work closely with organic social teams to support paid social briefing and handover to Next and media agency.
* Push Marketing: Own weekly Push notification briefing and delivery, creating compelling copy with clear CTAs.
* Digital Marketing & Planning: Support with seasonal planning and market research.
* International Marketing: Work closely with International teams to ensure maximum exposure and deliver international email creatives.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a varied marketing role ideally for a retail/lifestyle brand.
* Some understanding/experience in paid social and email marketing.
* Passionate about fashion.
* Analytical with a commercial mindset.
* Up to date with what’s trending on social.
* Highly organised and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
* Great attention to detail.
* Team player with excellent relationship building skills.
* Strong sense of initiative and full of ideas.
