Junior Account Executive / Senior BDR Role - SaaS Green Ops / Cloud Spend Analytics
Up to £50-55k base + OTE

The Company
With large companies now being very aware of sustainability around cloud and servers - an industry that is taking up large amount of resources including energy and water.
These same companies have sustainability goals as well as environmentally conscious cloud engineers who want to make more sustainable choices.
This tech allows large companies to pick a more sustainable cloud options which in turn saves money.
Exciting bits
* This one of those very rare opportunities for a great BDR or junior AE to make their first steps into a proper AE role then enterprise AE role
* 30% of cloud spend/energy is wasted - this tech reduced that which is good profits and the environment
* Strong partnerships with big players in the space who can get into sales opportunities
* Lots of leads coming from events/relationship etc
* They're a scale up company c.15 people who are expanding their sales team - scope for career progression
* They're "beefing" up their pre-sales team
The Role
* This is a hybrid BDR and AE role - you'll be generating opportunities for the enterprise team and then work any deals <50k ARR
* This is the 1st of such hires at the company
* You'll generate opportunities however you see fit including classic ABM, cold calling, going to events AND they will also have leads coming through from their senior network and partnership they will want you to qualify
* On the enterprise deals you'll be working some of the sales process, more than just meeting booking and on smaller deals running the whole thing yourself
* For opportunities created you'll be focusing on very large enterprise think HSBC, BT and Barclays etc - anyone with big cloud spend
* You'll be selling to technical teams, CTOs, CIOs etc
The Requirements
* 1-5 years BDR or AE experience in SaaS - the SaaS sales experience is a must!
* Have generated opportunities with large companies Like HSBC or Unilever etc
* You should still be really hungry to generate new business for others as well as wanting to close your own deals to make that step up into an AE role
* You should be very very good at generating opportunities from scratch, including plenty of research, multi threading, calling, emails, events etc
* Great knowledge of cloud computing like AWS, Azure, Google would be a massive plus
* Can come into the London office x2 a week on a Monday and Wednesday
* Excited about working for a start up <15 people and growing
