Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of Residential transactions from start to finish.
* Liaise with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
* Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on our CMS.
* Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client queries/concerns.
* Work to achieve exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five‑star client feedback while completing a supportive, structured 3‑month onboarding programme that combines classroom/MS Teams training with a gradual build‑up of real‑life casework.

Qualifications
* Experience supporting residential conveyancing transactions.
* Must have hands‑on experience with source‑of‑funds checks (reviewing bank statements, conducting checks directly) and searches and sale enquiries (confident in writing up reports, not just ordering).
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Excellent telephone manner – confident in explaining the conveyancing process to clients.
* Organised, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused.
* Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus).
* Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results.
