TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile M&E Engineer with an AC bias to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.
Schedule & Working Hours
* Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours
* Working hours - 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
* On Call - 1 in 4 weeks on call (Friday-Friday, this is for emergencies only)
* Salary - £41,210/Yr.
* Location - Birmingham
* Extra - Overtime available.
Duties
* PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
* Diagnostics and fault finding
* Repairs to cooling units and AHU's
* Rectifying faults in plant rooms
* Splits, VRF and more.
* You will also be asked to support with minor plumbing and fabric work within the facility.
